It’s time to fire up the grill with this grilled flank steak marinated in red wine, soy and honey sauce. Flank steak is lean but a little tough, which is why it’s important to marinate it to tenderize the meat.
Also, it’s best cooked medium rare and sliced thinly. This is to reduce the toughness of the meat. If you don’t have a grill, or you don’t like the idea of standing in front of the heat for a long time, you can also use a cast iron frying pan.
